Once you have selected your items you can place an order by clicking through to the basket.
Please press checkout. Now you will find a page to enter your shipping address. Once this is done you can go on to select the preferred shipping method.
Finally you come to the payment page.
Once an order is placed if you would like to track an order without logging in, you can visit our order status page and enter your email and order number.
If you have an account, you may log in and track your order in your order history.
You can create an account before or after placing your order to track your order status using the same email address. If you do not wish to create an account, you can also track your order by navigating to your order confirmation page or with your shipping confirmation email detailing the tracking number to estimate final delivery.
Unfortunately due to the nature of the product we can only accept returns that are unopened, unworn, in the original packaging and in the same condition they were posted in.

Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. Orders can be returned though once they have been received.
We accept a number of payment options, paypal, apple pay, visa, master card, american express, Discover, JCB and Amazon Pay.
All orders are charged with VAT except for orders from outside of the EU.
For orders outside of the EU one needs to check with the customs agencies in their countries to be fully aware of any potential duties and taxes. TIA Limited is not liable for any duties or taxes.
