Order process

You will receive a confirmation email once an order is placed. A second email will be sent to you with the tracking information once the package has been shipped from our warehouse.

If your order does not arrive with you within a week of the stated delivery date please contact the shipping company directly, they will be able to track the exact whereabouts for you. If the package is damaged in any way, again please contact the parcel company. Notify our customer services team as well so that we can make sure the issue is resolved.

The free shipping threshold only counts for purchases made without the use of a gift card.

T I A tries to ship to as many countries as possible without discrimination. It is necessary to mention that shipping to some countries can be quite high. We would recommend purchasing alongside family or friends to share the cost.

 

What to do if you received incorrect items?

We apologise in advance if you receive any incorrect items. It’s rare but sometimes human error does occur. Please contact us immediately and we will check what. you received against what we have recorded as being shipped out.

We require the following information, Order Number, Name of Item Missing and the Name of the item you received by mistake.

Once we have confirmed the details, we will send out a replacement. We require the original item delivered to be returned to us before we ship out the replacement.

 

What to do if items are missing?

Occasionally we may ship items to you in separate shipments if you have ordered pre-sale pieces as well. In such cases you will receive a second email when the rest of the shipment is on the way. Items may also be shipped separately if one or more of the items ordered are no longer in stock.

Important note. All claims for incorrect items or missing items need to be made within 7 days of the delivery date for the items.
